The Cape Cod style and 12:12 roof pitch of our 1½ story Summit Log Home blends
beautifully with the rustic charm of log home living and provides over 1,400 SF of roomy living space. Utilizing an engineered folding roof system the roof is raised into place after the home is set on the foundation, creating the upper level which is then finished on site (see Finishing Touches).
