Our 1½ story Cape Code Style Summit Log Home is a value priced home blends beautifully with the
rustic charm of log home living in over 1,400 SF. of living space. Utilizing an engineered folding
roof system the roof is raised into place after the home is set on the foundation, creating the
upper level which is then finished on site (see
Finishing Touches).
Our multiple siding options allow you to customize the exterior of your home. In addition
to our classic log siding, we also offer rustic pine or cedar, with hand hewn or channeled finishes.
