In
addition to our high standards for customer service and satisfaction, Spirit Cabins offers three levels of premium services for custom home delivery.
Standard Service
Your
home is delivered to your site, but not offloaded. You as the property owner may choose to save even more money by being more involved in the construction process. This service level is only available on our entry-level home series.
Gold Service
Your home is delivered and "set on the foundation.” In this method, you or your contractor will complete all site work, including construction of the foundation prior to the delivery of your new Spirit Cabins log home. We coordinate permitting, delivery and the crane and set crew that will place your home on its foundation. You may choose to hire a general contractor or act as the GC yourself, hiring and overseeing sub contractors such as the excavator, plumber and HVAC installer.
Gold Service includes Spirit Cabins delivering the home and making it weather tight on the foundation. At this point, your home is 90 to 95 percent complete (depending upon the model chosen). Gold Service is included in every purchase of a premium Spirit Vista series log home.
Gold Service is included standard with our Premium Vista Series. For all other homes, it is an additional charge. Contact your design consultant for more information.
Platinum Service
Our
top-level offering is a complete “turnkey” package, meaning that we do everything from start to finish, and hand you the keys to your new Spirit Cabins custom log home. Turnkey services include all aspects of building your new home, all construction (well, septic, excavating, decks, heat pumps, air conditioning, permits and landscaping). When our work is complete, you are ready to move in. If you desire, we can even help you find the land and financing for your new dream home.
No matter which level of service you choose, we take you step-by-step through the entire house design and specifications for your Spirit Cabins custom log home, including cost-estimating totals for the entire project, providing you with a procedural checklist, and assistance with the documentation necessary for bank financing.
