*Spirit Cabins homes may be shown with optional tongue and groove wall upgrade. Please note that all Spirit Cabin homes include Tongue and Groove ceilings standard, however tongue and groove walls are an optional upgrade. Porch is NOT included and needs to be built on site.
With its spacious and comfortable floor plans, the Ponderosa offers a warm and welcoming home for you and your guests. Our versatile Ponderosa is very popular and is setting a new standard for simplicity in both on-site setup and finish.

Our Finished Ponderosa model is offered in 3 sizes and a variety of floor plans:

PONDEROSA FINISHED FLOOR PLANS
Our Finished Floor Plans are ready to move in complete with all interior walls, floors and ceilings insulated, all electrical, plumbing fixtures, cabinets and interior doors installed (with the exception of some light fixtures which are packed for secure shipping). Once the cabin is set on its foundation the related finish work is completed (often in as little as one to two days). Reference Finishing Touches, for more details on the finish work required.
