Our standard contractor housing model allows for four (4) dwellings per trailer, designed for easy transport by any type of ¾- or 1-ton service truck. Additionally, they have been designed and engineered to withstand the rigors of field service and extreme weather, ensuring many years of service.
In addition to temporary housing, we offer trailers with laundry facilities, bathroom facilities, handicap accessible amenities, luxury foreman housing, mobile office buildings, mess halls, and much more. We offer turn-key solutions with HVAC systems, furniture, coin operated laundry, and much more. Many of these units can be delivered within four weeks, depending on the size of the order.
Metal exteriors and a steel floor frame have been incorporated into the design to minimize wear and capital depreciation, dramatically extending the length of service as well as the resale value of these assets. Gelcoat options are also available. Our design is easy to manage, move and store as these move from one job site to another. Additionally, the steps all fold under the trailer for easy storage.
