- Two-story; 4 bdrms., 2.5 baths – 2,205 sq. ft.
- Two-story; 4 bdrms., 4.5 baths, optional breakfast nook – 2,451 sq. ft.
*Spirit Cabins homes may be shown with optional tongue and groove wall upgrade. Please note that all Spirit Cabin homes include Tongue and Groove ceilings standard, however tongue and groove walls are an optional upgrade. Porch is NOT included and needs to be built on site.

Each plan is large and open, making it ideal for hosting family holidays or entertaining friends. The Grand Teton features a spacious loft reading area, your choice of three or four large bedrooms, a lavish master bath and magnificent floor-to-ceiling windows in the Great Room. The fireplace and optional tongue and groove walls further enhance the look and feel of your Dream Home.
Our multiple siding options allow you to customize the exterior of your home. In addition to our stunning log siding, we also offer Hardiplank, poplar and cedar.
Standard pricing includes hardwood flooring, cabinetry, counter tops, stainless steel appliances, plumbing and electrical fixtures. All models in the Spirit Cabins Collection are covered by a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and qualify for our Freight Allowance.
