all over North America. We use the latest technology, combining both quality and
affordability. Our custom modular log homes are precision factory-built construction
projects. Our homes generally start as custom or stock architectural floor plans
that are drawn to the highest and most current energy and construction standards.
Because our log homes are pre-built in our factory and assembled at the home site,
our modular log homes are generally better protected during construction and carefully
assembled and inspected. The Spirit Cabins modular log home factory is state-of-the-art,
where our homes are built in conformance with the Uniform Building Code (UBC) and/or
International Building Code (IBC). Our modular homes are built the same or better
from the traditional site-built homes in quality and craftsmanship and we focus
on building homes that meet the highest standards.
