Our Denali is currently available
in two distinct floor plans
with floor plan customization welcome:
- Ranch; 3 bdrms., 2 baths – 2,067 sq. ft.
- Ranch; 4 bdrms, 3 baths – 2,500 sq. ft.
*Spirit Cabins homes may be shown with optional tongue and groove wall upgrade. Please
note that all Spirit Cabin homes include Tongue and Groove ceilings standard, however
tongue and groove walls are an optional upgrade. Porch is NOT included and needs
to be built on site.

a split-bedroom plan or an entertainment-focused plan. Both offer a utility/laundry
room with outside access, a kitchen island with seating and an optional tongue and
groove walls. The Denali is the epitome of majestic mountain living.
Our multiple siding options allow you to customize the exterior of your home. In
addition to our stunning log siding, we also offer Hardiplank, poplar and cedar.
Standard pricing includes hardwood flooring, cabinetry, solid surface counter tops, stainless
steel appliances, plumbing and electrical fixtures. All models in the Spirit Cabins
Collection are covered by a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and qualify for our Freight Allowance.
