Phase 1 - Research
Establish Your Budget and Estimate Project Costs
Secure Financing if Needed and Purchase Your Land
  • Contact any Traditional Lender re: financing. Modular Homes are Financed the Same as Traditional Site Built Homes.
Contact Your Local Building Department
  • Advise them of your project and determine their permitting requirements & time lines

Select Your Home or Cabin from Our Collection
  • Choose your model, floor plan and options

Phase 2 - Consultation
Complete the “Contact Spirit Cabins” Form
  • Complete the Spirit Cabin Contact Form and Qualify for a Free Consultation with One of Our Cabin Specialists.

  • Receive a Free, No Obligation Consultation to Discuss Your Dream Home and Answer any Questions You Might Have.

Receive a Custom Quote
  • Including any design changes

Phase 3 - Production
Submit a Deposit
  • A 33% deposit will secure a place in our production schedule & will lock in current pricing

Prepare Your Site and Foundation
  • Clear site of obstructions and complete your foundation if necessary

Submit 2nd Payment
  • Due just prior to your home being half way completed

Submit Final Payment
  • Due just prior to the completion of construction
Receive Delivery of Your New Home
  • Coordinate related set and finish processes
