Our 2 story Kodiak Loft Log Home features the appointments and finishes of our traditional Cape Cod style Summit but offers the contemporary feel of the lodge-inspired great room with its open to loft above style. This model features a stunning vaulted great room, upstairs master suite and spacious utility/mudroom.

Our multiple siding options allow you to customize the exterior of your home. In addition to our classic log siding, we also offer rustic pine or cedar, with hand hewn or channeled finishes.

KODIAK LOFT FINISHED FLOOR PLANS

This home arrives with the lower level interior completely finished, including cabinetry and countertops, with electrical and plumbing fixtures installed. Once the home is set on its foundation the related finish work is completed, often in as little as three to four days. Reference Finishing Touches, for more details on the finish work required.
