Do you provide a crew to set up and finish the cabin after delivery?
We are at your service. We provide you with the finest quality of modular log home on the market today and with detailed instructions on how to set and finish it on site. Please contact one of our design consultants to learn more about our Premium Services offerings where we can set and deliver the home for you, or even much more. However, many of our customers choose to do this work themselves and others hire professional contractors. Please reference, Finishing Touches for more details.
What else am I responsible for?
We are responsible for ensuring that your cabin is built to all applicable codes.
You are responsible for all other aspects of your project, including but not limited
to, site preparation, foundation construction, permitting, utilities, heating and
cooling, etc. Please reference,

What types of foundations can be used?
Spirit Cabins are designed to be placed on any type of permanent foundation and
our smaller cabins can be simply placed on a gravel foundation, subject to local
code. Foundation options include gravel, concrete slab, post and beam, piers, pilings,
stem wall, or basement.
Do you provide financing?
We do have a finance program at this time with incredible rates. Please contact one of our design consultants today to see how you can purchase the home of your dreams while keeping your monthly payments well within reach.
Where can I see a model cabin?
Spirit Cabins has a model cabin near our design and engineering office in Boulder, CO. We also have extremely satisfied customers throughout the U.S. that are proud to show off their homes. Please contact us today to determine how you can take advantage of our “Fly and Buy” program to see for yourself the quality of craftsmanship in each of our custom log homes and cabins.
How soon can I get my new cabin?
Our current turnaround time for a "Shell Only" Log Home or Cabin is 3-4 weeks and 2-3 months for a "Finished"
Log Home or Cabin. This is primarily determined by how many homes and cabins are ahead of
you in the production line.
What other costs are involved?
Please reference our
Project Estimating Tool for an idea of all of the various aspects that
you will need to include in your budget. Due to a large variance in costs from region
to region we are unable to provide the actual costs for you. Those costs are easily
determined by speaking with local contractors.
Can I customize my cabin?
Every one of our homes is custom hand-crafted to your exacting specifications. As part of our refined design process, you will spend time with our staff architecture team to finalize the home exactly the way YOU desire. Contact one of our design consultants today to learn more. Depending upon the level of customization, professional service fees may be required.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Spirit Cabins can be purchased directly or financed through a third party lender.
We accept Checks, Money Orders or Wire Transfers. A deposit of one-third of the total cost is required to lock in your
pricing and secure the next available slot in the production schedule. A second
payment is required on or before production start and final payment
is due just prior to the completion of production. Spirit Cabins reserves the right
to change pricing at any time without notice unless a full deposit has been made
to secure an order.
